Schedule: Tuesday–Friday. Daytime hours based on route schedules.
Pay: $20 per hour
Position Summary:
The Delivery Merchandiser supports delivery route operations by meeting delivery trucks at customer locations and assisting with unloading, stocking, and merchandising products. This role helps ensure product is placed correctly on shelves and displays while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and strong customer relationships. This position is intended to convert to a full-time hire, so a strong driving record and long-term reliability are important.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet delivery trucks at stores, restaurants, and other customer locations
Assist drivers with unloading product from trucks using hand carts and equipment
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to merchandising standards
Move, organize, and rotate product to ensure proper placement and freshness
Handle and move kegs and other heavy products using proper techniques and tools
Maintain clean, organized stock areas and workspaces
Provide professional and courteous service to customers and store staff
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required for future hire-on)
Ability to work Tuesday through Friday consistently
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements and
Working Conditions:
Frequent lifting, pushing, and moving of products throughout the day
Most items weigh under 30 lbs; kegs weigh up to 165 lbs and are moved using proper equipment and techniques
Constant walking, bending, reaching, and standing during the shift
Ability to work in coolers and varying indoor and outdoor conditions
Must be able to safely lift, move, and maneuver heavy product repeatedly
