Roller Tender
The Roller Tender is responsible for setting up materials for press operations and supporting equipment operators with adjustments, testing, and conversions on all converting-related machinery. This role helps maintain department integrity by ensuring consistent quality and adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up materials for press and converting operations.

Assist equipment operators with machine adjustments, tests, and conversions.

Verify and communicate product specifications and work standards to ensure accurate production.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in accordance with department standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
