Location: Countryside Senior Living, Mitchell, SD
Starting Wage: $16/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
No weekends or holidays required!

Job Summary
Countryside Senior Living is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values creating a comfortable place our residents are proud to call home.
While you'll spend much of your day working independently, you'll also be part of a supportive team that shares a commitment to providing exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces
• Perform light laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
• Complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Work independently while communicating effectively with fellow team members
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping equipment

• Starting wage of $16 per hour
• Full-time schedule (32–40 hours per week)
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
