The application window for South Dakota's AI Adoption Workforce Funding program closed on August 7. If your business filed, you're in the review stage now: the Workforce Development Council meets August 25, and award notices are expected by September 1.

If you didn't get an application in, you haven't missed your only shot at AI, just one funding cycle. A second window opens later this fall for businesses that already have a Category 1 award (worth noting: the DLR website lists November 12 as the deadline, even though the online application form still shows November 25, so double check before you file).
