The Program Director ensures Abbott House youth and potential clients receive services that nurture physical, emotional, mental and academic progress on their healing journey. This individual also oversees all standards of conduct in delivery of residential treatment services.Qualifications A. Master’s Degree and licensed as a mental health counselor or 5+ years’ experience in the social services or human services field and able to be licensed. B. Three years youth services and supervision
