Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move, load, or unload materials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, typically up to 50 lbs, safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required unless specified).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills to operate inventory management systems or track orders.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
