As the Warehouse Manager at our Mitchell, SD location, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with safety and customer satisfaction the primary goals. You will supervise 9+ employees over 2 shifts and implement continuous improvement in warehouse organization, training employees, including new hires, and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, inventory processes, and shipping methods.

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping.

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

Review and prepare procedures, work instructions, workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, and layouts that meet company standards for safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
