NOW HIRING – SPRAY BOOTH OPERATOR
Location: Enertech Global, LLC Manufacturing Facility
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Monday through Thursday
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Spray Booth Operator to join our production team! This role is responsible for applying finishes and coatings to manufactured parts using spray equipment, ensuring a high-quality final product that meets company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain spray booth and finishing equipment
- Prepare and clean parts before coating
- Mix, match, and apply coatings according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous spray painting or coating experience preferred (industrial or automotive)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
