OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring finished product quality before it leaves the production area. Pay close attention to details and scrutinize assemblies to identify possible rework opportunities.
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1 Inspect completed units at the end of the production line to ensure conformance to customer expectations
4.2 Inspect job packet information to ensure completion and accuracy of information reported
4.3 Compile production records for each unit as it comes off the production line
4.4 Wrap completed units & stock final assembly kits as needed
4.5 Willing to learn new tasks and make suggestions for improvements of current tasks as well as proposing ideas for new inspections
4.6 Create NMR's on all items found at inspection
