Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Monday through Friday
Overtime available as needed
What You'll Do
As a Gluer Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used to assemble and glue printed packaging products. You'll help ensure products meet quality standards while keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate gluing and converting equipment
Set up, adjust, and monitor machines during production runs
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic equipment adjustments
Complete production and quality documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work with team members to meet production goals
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
