- Responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks to support daily functions in human resources and assist with other duties as needed

- Maintaining an environment that prioritizes collaboration, respect, well-being, and growth, leading to higher employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Performance improvement opportunities and/or discipline for performance or behavior concerns
- Employee relations, complaints and investigations
- Supports payroll administration, includes collecting and managing timesheet software to ensure accurate and compliant payroll
- Compliance with laws, regulations and reporting requirements
- FMLA administration
- Workers’ Compensation and work-related injuries and company safety compliance
- 401(k) administration
- Drug & Alcohol program management
- Annual benefit/insurance renewal process and open enrollment
- Performance review and salary increase process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post open positions, setting up interviews, offer letters, pre-employment testing, onboarding, etc.
- Annual audits and required reporting (401k, EEO-1, OSHA, CMS, 5500’s, ACA etc.)
- Experienced in leading, developing, defining and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Effective communicator and relationship builder
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, persistent and demonstrate the ability to follow through on projects to completion
- Capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
- Understanding of the sensitive and confidential information that is shared and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Perform all other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Human Resources experience required
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
