HR Coordinator

  • Responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks to support daily functions in human resources and assist with other duties as needed
  • Support managers with
    • Maintaining an environment that prioritizes collaboration, respect, well-being, and growth, leading to higher employee engagement, productivity, and retention
    • Performance improvement opportunities and/or discipline for performance or behavior concerns
    • Employee relations, complaints and investigations
  • Supports payroll administration, includes collecting and managing timesheet software to ensure accurate and compliant payroll
  • Compliance with laws, regulations and reporting requirements
  • FMLA administration
  • Workers’ Compensation and work-related injuries and company safety compliance
  • 401(k) administration
  • Drug & Alcohol program management
  • Annual benefit/insurance renewal process and open enrollment
  • Performance review and salary increase process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post open positions, setting up interviews, offer letters, pre-employment testing, onboarding, etc.
  • Annual audits and required reporting (401k, EEO-1, OSHA, CMS, 5500’s, ACA etc.)
  • Experienced in leading, developing, defining and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder
  • Must be organized, attentive to detail, persistent and demonstrate the ability to follow through on projects to completion
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of the sensitive and confidential information that is shared and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Perform all other duties as required
  Qualifications & Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Human Resources experience required
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
