The Depot Pub & Grill is a locally owned, fast-paced, railroad themed restaurant known for its great food and atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking cook to join our kitchen team.
Duties include:
Prep/Stock Stations
Cook and plate menu items to recipe and quality standards
Maintain consistency and speed during busy rushes
Follow food safety guidelines
Keep cook line, equipment and stations clean and organized throughout shift
Perform opening/closing duties
Requirements:
Experience preferred but not necessary
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and some holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Team player with positive attitude
