This is a full-time position with a start date based on the availability of the successful candidate.    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Attention to detail – Ensures thorough cleaning and maintenance.Time management – Able to complete tasks efficiently during evening hours.Basic maintenance skills – Minor repairs, changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals – Safe and effective use of vacuums,
