Have you ever found yourself telling your horse, "Because I said so?" But, have you asked yourself why your horse is saying "No."?
Session 2 of our 4 series clinics with Take the Reins founder, Allisa Gross will teach 4 lucky participants and their horses how to improve communication, develop boundaries, constructive groundwork which allows you to understand and manage your horse's engine even before you swing a leg over its back. Learn techniques to improve trailer loading issues, buddy sore horses, standing tied, hoof trimming, bathing, deworming and/or even bridling.
Allisa Gross is a professional clinician and horse trainer from Aberdeen, SD with 16 years of experience. She has competed in colt challenges, a futurity, and has attended Buck Brannaman, Les Vogt, and Lita Hottel clinics. She believes most horse problems are communication problems which stem from a lack of feel, timing and balance. Allisa’s goal is to help you gain a better understanding of horse behavior and to become the partner your horse needs. 6 participants will be invited to bring their own horse or we will have one available for you and clinic auditing is welcome.
