Participants are encouraged to be present in their bodies, paying attention to sensations and feelings flowing through areas of tension. We store emotional & physical tension in all layers of our tissue. Tension can be released on a deeper level, when you learn to bring awareness to these areas. Our bodies are wise. We often forget to listen to what our bodies are telling us. Somatic movement teaches you to reconnect.
