Lean 101 Workshop

Join us for the Lean 101 Workshop in Mitchell on Wednesday, June 10 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for an engaging, hands-on introduction to Lean principles.

This interactive, one-day workshop uses a unique simulation process to help participants experience a company’s transition to Lean in a dynamic learn-and-do environment. Participants will gain practical insight into how Lean improves efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore how to:

Identify waste
Create a visual workplace
Improve consistency through standardized work
Increase capacity through batch size reduction
Understand the benefits of pull systems

The workshop will be held at Mitchell Technical College – Nordby Trades Center Lecture Hall, 1800 East Spruce Street, Mitchell, SD 57301

Cost is $250 per participant, and lunch is provided
