Lakota Games on Ice at the Prehistoric Indian Village

The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village will host the Lakota Games on Ice.  Sicangu Rosebud Tribe member Mike Marshall, a consultant to the Smithsonian’s Museum of the American Indian, returns for the sixth year to teach participants the games played by the ancestors of the Plains Indians during the winter months.  This family activity also includes hot refreshments served in the Village’s Boehnen Memorial Museum after the Games.  The fun starts at 1:00 pm!
