Do I purchase a model/spec home or build a custom home with a one-off custom plan... Anything that is a topic in new home ownership is on the table!

Topics will be discussed in open-format-style and questions are encouraged! Bring your notepads!

Specifically directed to new construction home buyers… but anyone looking at home ownership will leave with great information they can use!

Actual homes available in Mitchell and the surrounding areas, current model homes, multifamily housing, available twinhomes/duplexes, along with entry level and custom home projects will be discussed to help provide accurate information and available purchasing options to our attendees.
