During the Open House\, attendees may tour the complex and visit the offices of Ciavarella Design architectural firm\, and various occupied and unrented loft apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. Owners of Whittier Lofts are Brad and Karol Ciavarella\, and Ross and Amber Determan.\n\n\n\nTo date\, of the 19 loft apartments at Whittier Lofts\, seven have been rented\, three will be finished soon and renovation of four will begin shortly.
