Together the group approached Lloyd Companies with a concern that Mitchell did not have the housing necessary for the community's growth.  Lloyd Companies' development and construction team worked with the investment group and the Mitchell community to design a housing product that fit the needs of the community.  \n\n \n\nThe townhome style of these units is appealing to the residents because it has all the conveniences of a high end home and the construction style allows the owners to add units as demand requires. The project started with 26 units and before the doors were open all 26 units were spoken for and so by the end of the summer South Point will grow to 52 units in response to the demand.  Lloyd Companies has also been selected to manage South Pointe.  Lloyd Companies has hired Ashleigh Nolz from Mitchell\, for the local leasing and management of the property.   \n\n \n\nSouth Point Village is the result of the vision and collaboration between the Muth Family\, Mitchell Investors\, Mitchell Community and Lloyd Companies.
