SUMMARY:Pheasant's Forever Kids Fishing Derby
DESCRIPTION:Join the Pheasant Country Chapter of Pheasants Forever for a free morning of fishing fun! All kids age 14 and younger with the supervision of a parent/guardian are invited to participate. Registration for the fishing derby will start at 8:30 a.m. near the picnic shelter. Hot dogs and pop will be provided and prizes will be awarded following the derby. This will be a catch and release event. Cabela's will provide night crawlers for bait if you choose to use it\, and they will have a limited number of rods available to use. Additionally\, the first 40 kids to register for the event will be offered a free Ringneck membership from the Pheasant Country Chapter of Pheasants Forever. The Ringnecks program is open to any young person interested in the outdoors and conservation\; you don't have to be a hunter to become a member. We hope to see you there!
