SUMMARY:Heart & Sole Annual 5K Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the Mitchell Heart & Sole 5K run/walk! Proceeds from the race will go toward financial assistance for patients in the Mitchell and the surrounding communities who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. All our funds stay local! \n\n\n\nThe run/walk will take place on May 3rd\, 2025.  Race day registration will begin at 7:30 am at the entrance of the DWU/Avera Sports & Wellness Complex on Norway St. Official race time starts at 8:00 am.  The run will start and end on Norway street across from the DWU/Avera Sports & Wellness Complex (near the DWU/LB Williams campus entrance). \n\n\n\nThe first 25 participants to register will receive a free Heart & Sole swag bag!\n\n\n\nRace route:  The route will begin on the DWU/Avera Sports & Wellness Complex campus at 500 W Norway.  Route will begin at the start line on the sidewalk and head east on Norway street\, turn north on Duff street\, east on Hurst avenue\, south on Rowley street\, east on Cabelas drive\, west on Spruce street\, North on Rowley street\, and back west on Norway avenue.
